Why are women so under-represented in the I.T. industry? And what can schools do about it?

This podcast was created entirely using text-to-speech technology! I used this because I wanted to create a reasonable podcast without having to spend hours on it. The way I see it, this is a win-win situation: you get to hear an article you may not have time to read, and I get to create that facility for you without having to spend hours on it.
